Know More

After having to make a quick and uninformed decision about a rehab facility for her father, Kerri Ann experienced firsthand the overwhelming world of long-term care. She quickly realized the things she didn’t know about the care industry could cause genuine harm and vowed never to let another family experience that turmoil. After several years working in hospice, she shifted her focus to helping families through all stages of life’s following chapters. Her approach is one of optimism, education, compassion, and humour. She truly focuses on the client’s needs by listening and asking questions.

Kerri Ann has lived in the East Valley for most of her life. She holds both dementia and placement certifications and is a member of NPRA and PASRS. She was a member of the Gilbert Leadership Class and a current member of the Gilbert and Queen Creek Chambers of Commerce. She has been an advocate for her two children, who are on the Autism spectrum, so she knows how to navigate complex systems! She and her husband love to travel as much as they enjoy their great outdoor space at home with their children and pets.

Know More
Sandy Dyk has over 30 years of Senior Healthcare experience. Throughout her college career, Sandy worked as a recreation and music specialist at a Milwaukee-based Recreation Center for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. She began her career working in an Assisted Living Community just outside of Milwaukee, WI as a Recreation Specialist focusing on Music Therapy. Soon after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, Sandy moved to California and began her lifetime career serving Seniors and their families.

While in CA, Sandy opened her own Music Therapy business, providing Music Therapy services to facilities specializing in both Alzheimer’s Disease as well as mental health. Not too long after moving to CA, Sandy soon began moving into a management and operations role, overseeing group homes serving young and older adults with developmental disabilities and later moving into the Senior Living arena and helping to open a new Senior Living community offering both Assisted Living as well as Memory Care.

Sandy soon met her soon-to-be husband and moved to Arizona in 2000, where she engaged even more in the Senior Care arena, taking on roles that included overseeing the day-to-day operations and start-ups of large Senior Living Communities, overseeing a mobile physician practice, Administrator, and VP of Operations for a multi-site Hospice company and now, as Director of Operations for All About You Placement and Senior Resources.

Kerri Gideon

Kerri Gideon

Director of Marketing

Kerri moved to the valley back in 1997 and attended Arizona State University. After college she spent 20 years in management and operations before joining her family’s construction business out of Queen Creek. She knows the importance of exceptional customer service and pours that into everything she does.

Know More

Kerri soon found that she would be caring for her own family members as their health and mobility changed. She personally utilized the services of All About You Placement to help her uncle transition from living alone to independent living, assisted living and then on to hospice care. This was a tough and tumultuous time for her and her mom and when she realized there were so many people trying to navigate these hard decisions alone, she knew she wanted to be part of the solution and made the decision to join the All About You Placement team. When she’s not helping spread the word about All About You, she continues to spend time with her parents helping them whenever possible.

When Kerri is not working, she enjoys vacationing with her family and two pups up in the white mountains.

Phaedra Earhart

Phaedra Earhart

Placement and Resource Specialist

Phaedra has lived in Arizona since 1999 and now calls Gilbert home. Growing up, she lived all over the world, including time spent in Singapore and Venezuela. She settled in Edmond, Oklahoma and earned her B.S. at Oklahoma State University. She comes from a background in retail management and decided to open her own insurance agency in 2010, with Farmers Insurance. After almost 10 years of successful business ownership, she decided to sell her agency and pursue a career in business development.

Know More

Phaedra currently serves on the Oakwood Creative Care (OCC) and Mesa Leadership boards, and is a past board member of her HOA and NAWBO Phoenix. She loves spending time with friends and family, traveling and appreciating other cultures, and is always thrilled to beat the pants off worldwide competitors in Mario Kart.

In her 20’s, Phaedra lost her grandmother to complications of Alzheimer’s. She saw the effects it had on her entire family, especially her grandfather, who promised her Memaw he would never put her in a home. He couldn’t keep that promise because of the vast health complications that come with Alzheimer’s disease and finding a quality care facility proved to be challenging in their small Texas town.

Through her work with OCC, Phaedra learned of All About You (AAY) Senior Resources & Placement. She is a firm believer in the mission, the work, and the WHY behind AAY. Phaedra joined the team with the dream of helping to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Most recently, she completed a Dementia Champion course through Banner Hospitals and certifies individuals and businesses as “Dementia Friendly” through OCC.

Deidre Guadagno

Phaedra Earhart

Placement and Resource Specialist

Deidre Guadagno has lived in Arizona for the last 18 years after leaving Long Island, New York. Although New York will always be home, Chandler has been an amazing place to raise a family. What she loves about Chandler is that even though it is a big city, it has a small-town feel.

Know More

While her kids were in elementary school, Deidre worked in the Chandler School District. She loved that she could be off when they kids were, and she could help shape the future leaders. After helping to guide her parents through all that comes with moving into Assisted Living, she fell in love with the communities and all they had to offer. She then started working at a community in the Activities Department. According to her, that was the greatest job ever. She helped put smiles on seniors faces every day. The downfall of that job was that there were seniors who just didn’t know about all the things that communities offer and how they help seniors be happy, make friends and live longer. That is when she decided she wanted to be a Placement Agent. She wants to educate and be an advocate for all seniors.

Currently Deidre volunteers for Neighbors Who Care, an organization where seniors remain independent and live fulfilling lives in their own home. She is also the Vice President of a Non-Profit benefiting kids. KIDS Kindness helps promote kindness with our younger generation. She was also a Girl Scout Volunteer for 14 years and a volunteer for her children’s schools, even winning the Volunteer of the Year Award for the Chandler School District! She always strives to help others and give back to the community.
